Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, or business field.
• 6+ years of experience with an EHR, including leading projects.
• Proficient with Epic modules and governance practices.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees large-scale Epic EHR implementations and system upgrades.
• Leads cross-functional teams for optimization and integration projects.
• Mentors analysts and project leads, promoting best practices across the team.
• Partners with executive leadership to align strategies and advise on system capabilities.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, TJC, IT governance, and Health First policies.
• Liaises with IDN, Epic Applications, and vendors to manage escalations and support.
• Provides strategic leadership in system planning and data integration.
