Optum is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with hands-on Epic Healthy Planet integration experience for implementing Epic services and coordination across large projects. You will oversee integration teams, coach colleagues, and drive successful delivery while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

The role supports remote work from anywhere in the U.S.; some locations may require four days in the office per week.

Formación

• Active Epic certification in Healthy Planet and at least one additional Epic application.
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• 4+ years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support.
• 3+ years of direct client-facing experience with healthcare domain knowledge.
• Willingness to travel ~25% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Epic Healthy Planet design, build, testing and implementation.
• Collaborate with leadership and end users for configuration and workflow improvements.
• Lead multiple Epic upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements.
• Lead design/validation sessions with thorough documentation and issue escalation.
• Maintain system documentation and build records.
• Support production applications and participate in on-call as needed.
• Execute unit, system and integration testing for EpicCare Ambulatory workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes.
