Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to drive design, configuration, development, and optimization of Epic EHR solutions across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains. You will provide technical and functional leadership for Epic development, integrations, and enhancements while aligning with workflows and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Certified in Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, or both.
Experience thinking critically to solve issues in a large matrixed healthcare org.
Experience presenting and problem solving with senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead Epic analysts, developers and configuration teams.
Define and enforce Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance processes.
Oversee Epic build, configuration, and customization across modules (ClinDoc, Orders, Cadence, etc.).
Guide Epic integrations (HL7, FHIR, Bridges, Interconnect, APIs).
Coordinate with clinicians and IT leadership to align Epic work with strategy.
