Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to drive design, configuration, and optimization of Epic solutions across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains. You will lead teams, set standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable Epic implementations.

You will guide integrations, ensure regulatory alignment (HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission), and oversee upgrades while maintaining clinical workflow alignment and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Epic EHR experience including hands-on build and configuration.
• 3+ years in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role supporting Epic systems.
• Active Epic certifications in one or more Epic modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams across Epic modules.
• Define and enforce Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance processes.
• Oversee Epic integrations (HL7, FHIR, APIs) and data exchange for reliability.
• Translate clinical needs into Epic solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor performance, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
