Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to steer design, configuration, and optimization of Epic solutions across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains. You will lead teams, maintain standards, and ensure alignment with workflows and regulatory requirements.

As the subject matter expert, you will collaborate with clinicians, informatics, IT leadership, and vendors to deliver scalable Epic solutions that enhance patient care and operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 7+ years Epic EHR experience including build/configuration.
Active Epic certification(s) in one or more modules.
3+ years in lead/supervisory Epic roles.
Experience presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams across modules.
Serve as primary technical/functional escalation point for Epic developments.
Define Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance.
Guide Epic integrations (HL7, FHIR, APIs) and ensure reliable data exchange.
Translate clinical needs into Epic solutions and support go-lives and optimization.
