The County of Riverside Information Services Department at Riverside University Health System (RUHS) seeks a Credentialed Trainer to join the Moreno Valley team to educate healthcare professionals on the Epic EHR system and related workflows. The role emphasizes clear communication, organizational skills, and collaborative problem solving.

You will deliver classroom instruction, develop EPIC materials, support go-live implementations, coordinate Epic Champion communications, and travel to RUHS

Qualificações

• Epic experience in healthcare settings, ambulatory/outpatient preferred.
• Epic Ambulatory credentialing.
• Experience delivering classroom instruction and staff training.
• Experience creating and maintaining training materials such as Epic tip sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide classroom instruction and hands-on training for the EHR (Epic).
• Support end-user documentation workflows and tip sheets.
• Troubleshoot system issues and assist with go-live implementations.
• Coordinate Epic Champion communications and meetings.
• Support performance improvement initiatives within the department.
