Job summary

UCI Health is seeking an experienced Resource to provide EHR and clinical use applications support across multiple facilities and clinics. You will address clinical support issues, deliver training, and assist providers with EHR workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.

The role requires Epic training and support experience, strong communication, and the ability to train staff at all levels, including physicians.

Qualifications

• Three years of clinical experience in acute care or ambulatory settings is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Must demonstrate customer service skills.
• Independent problem-solving and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Epic functionality and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHR and clinical use applications support to physicians, clinicians and staff on-site.
• Deliver training and assist with EHR workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Offer at-the-elbow support and training tools connected with the EHR to boost provider proficiency and accuracy.
