Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic is hiring for an on-site trainer to deliver and maintain Epic training programs for clinical and operational staff. You will lead classes, develop materials, and support end-users with setup, testing, and troubleshooting.

The role requires an AA degree (CS or related) and Epic certifications, plus experience in healthcare workflows and education delivery. On-site work in Riverside, CA is expected.

Qualifications

• AA degree in computer science or related field (preferred).
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare operations using Epic and understanding operational workflows.
• Experience with adult education or training roles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and leads courses as assigned, including setup and follow-up.
• Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials.
• Maintain policy and procedure documentation.
• Provide support and troubleshooting to end-users in training environments.
• Presents information clearly, in writing and verbally.
