Job summary

The role requires Epic certification, a related associate degree, and 5+ years in digital product management or IT project management, with 2 years leading teams.

Qualifications

• Epic certification required for the role.
• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Five years of experience in digital product management, system administration, or IT project management; two years leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of IS Business Analysts.
• Support design, implementation, and optimization of Epic EHR across DPH.
• Collect requirements from departments, clinicians, and vendors for system development.
• Translate requirements into application builds within a multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate with diverse clients and maintain working relationships with staff and management.
• Maintain configuration and build parameters for Epic modules.
• Use analysis to solve issues in applications.
• Prioritize competing service requests and manage small projects.
• Document work and adhere to change control procedures.
• Maintain Epic trackers and project plans.
