Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Business Systems Application Analyst to support Epic EHR systems and multiple IT projects. This on-site, on-call role requires coordinating with vendors, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and delivering end-user training to clinical and administrative teams.

The position emphasizes a mission-driven environment with strong collaboration across departments, ensuring applications meet business needs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare application support or closely related activities.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws, including HIPAA and TJC.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrated history of working independently.
• Demonstrated history of working effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of SDLC.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily and ongoing technical support for Epic and related applications.
• Act as SME and assist with training and documentation as needed.
• Coordinate upgrades, security roles, and data migration with vendors.
• Develop test scripts and ensure HIPAA/compliance standards are met.
• Create and maintain reports and improve business processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement enhancements.
