Job summary

Rackspace Technology is seeking an Epic-certified Client Systems Administrator to maintain Hyperspace Web, Interconnect, and MyChart infrastructure. The role focuses on configuration, availability, performance, and ongoing maintenance in a hospital environment.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of Epic ECSA experience, current Epic ECSA certification for Hyperspace Web and Interconnect, and strong Windows Server/IIS and scripting skills to support production systems and on-call

Qualifications

• Three years of Epic ECSA experience in a hospital or health system.
• Current Epic ECSA certification covering Hyperspace Web and Interconnect.
• Production administration and troubleshooting across HSW, Interconnect and MyChart infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HSW server environments, troubleshoot availability and performance.
• Manage Interconnect environments, coordinate with integration teams for endpoint availability and performance.
• Maintain server-side components supporting MyChart; coordinate with analysts, networking, and security teams. Administer Windows Server and IIS; manage certificates, load-balancer changes, DNS dependencies, and secure connectivity.
• Deploy approved updates across nonproduction and production environments; prepare implementation plans and validate service health.
• Monitor infrastructure health, investigate recurring failures, automate checks, and coordinate vendor escalations.
