Job summary

Rackspace Technology seeks an Epic-certified Client Systems Administrator to support Hyperspace Web, Interconnect and MyChart infrastructure in a hospital setting. This position focuses on the configuration, availability, performance, and ongoing maintenance of Epic client and web-server components.

The role requires a minimum of three years as an Epic ECSA, with hands-on production experience across HSW, Interconnect, and MyChart, plus strong skills in Windows Server, IIS, TLS, DNS, and load

Qualifications

• . At least three years of hands-on Epic ECSA experience at a hospital or health system, including responsibility for production client-system infrastructure.
• . Current Epic ECSA certification covering Hyperspace Web and Interconnect.
• . Demonstrated production administration and troubleshooting experience with HSW, Interconnect, and MyChart infrastructure.
• . Working proficiency with Windows Server, IIS, TLS certificates, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and load-balancing concepts.
• . Experience with Active Directory, virtualization, and PowerShell for automation.
• . Ability to coordinate troubleshooting across teams and communicate clearly during service disruptions.

Responsibilities

• HSW administration: Maintain HSW server environments and configurations; troubleshoot availability and performance issues.
• Interconnect administration: Manage deployments, service health, and endpoint connectivity.
• MyChart infrastructure: Maintain server-side components; coordinate changes with analysts and security teams.
• Web-platform operations: Administer Windows Server and IIS; manage certificates, DNS, load balancers.
• Change and release execution: Deploy updates; validate health and plan rollbacks.
• Reliability and incident management: Monitor health, investigate failures, automate checks, coordinate escalations.
