Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years in Healthcare IT with an Epic Client Systems focus.
• Strong Windows Server, Epic client distribution tools, and web/service servers expertise.
• Proven scripting ability (PowerShell) for automation and system management.
• Experience with Azure, cloud-hosted workflows, and cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Epic components (Hyperspace, Interconnect, EPS, Web BLOB, MyChart, CareLink, Rover, Haiku).
• Support daily Epic client systems operations and web/service servers.
• Troubleshoot performance and integration issues; lead large projects and changes.
• Collaborate with technical and clinical teams; document procedures and playbooks.
• Contribute to cloud migration tasks and provide mentorship to teammates.
