Job summary

iTech Solutions, Inc. seeks a Credentialed Epic Trainer to design and deliver training for Ambulatory and Patient Access modules. You will lead virtual and facilitator-led sessions, support onboarding, and maintain training materials aligned with upgrades and workflow changes.

The role requires Epic training experience in healthcare, strong collaboration, and independent work in a fast-paced environment, with potential travel for in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Epic Credentialed Trainer certification in Ambulatory and/or Patient Access.
• Experience delivering Epic training in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Epic training to onsite coaches and clinical staff through virtual platforms and facilitator-led sessions.
• Facilitate interactive Q&A sessions and provide supplemental training to reinforce learning.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Epic users post-training.
• May include travel opportunities to support in-person training for client installations.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical operations, and other stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
