LCS Lifespan Corporate Services d/b/a Brown University Health seeks a Credentialed Trainer (CT) to manage Epic EHR training for end users. You will deliver training, provide go-live support, and maintain ongoing user assistance within Brown University Health’s academic health system.

The role emphasizes teaching, curriculum development, and maintaining high standards of patient-focused training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Clinical background preferred (e.g., Pharmacist, RN, HIM, Lab, Radiology, Case Management).
• Experience in clinical systems or teaching preferred.
• Ability to teach in classroom, group, and one-on-one settings.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivers end-user training and go-live support for an Epic module.
• Provides go-live and post-go live support.
• Prepares curriculum and training materials for Epic applications.
• Acts as first line of end-user support and champions Brown University Health training.
