Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking a Credentialed Trainer (CT) to deliver Epic EHR training and go-live support for a designated Epic module. The role reports to the EPIC Training Manager and the EPIC Project Director, with responsibilities spanning curriculum development and ongoing end-user assistance.

Candidates should have a clinical background and experience in teaching, plus strong communication and organizational skills to guide users through training in a fast-paced academic health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clinical background preferred (e.g., Pharmacist, RN, HIM, Lab, Radiology, Case Management).
• Experience in clinical systems and/or teaching background preferred.
• Ability to teach in classroom, group, and one-on-one settings with strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user Epic training and go-live support.
• Develop curriculum and training materials for Epic modules.
• Serve as first-line support and ensure end-user adoption post go-live.
• Adhere to Brown University Health values and compliance standards.
