Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to teach in classroom, group and one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user Epic EHR training and go-live support.
• Create curriculum and materials for Epic modules.
• Provide first-line support and post-go-live assistance to end users.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
