University Health is seeking an experienced Epic Credentialed Trainer with proven expertise in training quality and curriculum refinement. The role involves in-person support, mentoring CT I staff, and close collaboration with Principal Trainers to enhance training materials and workflows.

The position requires an active RN license, a degree in IT or related field, and experience with Epic application systems. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for successful operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred.
• Experience with Epic application systems and general training in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles is essential.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• A minimum of two years as a Credentialed Trainer I and completion of the Epic Advancement Program for CT III are required.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Epic training and quality enhancement responsibilities.
• Curriculum refinement and materials improvement.
• Operational support and in-person/remote training delivery.
• Mentorship of CT I staff and collaboration with Principal Trainers.
• Facilitation of department sessions and participation in upgrade planning.
• Represent Epic in operational meetings and provide just-in-time support.
