Job summary

FMOL Health is seeking a Clinic Workflow Technician to coordinate patient care appointments and manage EPIC workflow initiatives. The role acts as a subject matter expert and preceptor for Clinical Care Partners, supporting quality audits, education, and workflow development.

Occasional travel may be required. The position emphasizes autonomy under supervision, strong leadership, and collaboration with Quality Managers to drive improvements and standardize workflows across markets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program, or 2 years additional MA experience in lieu of education.
• An MA with 3 years CCP experience, or an MA with 5 years MA + 3 years CCP experience.
• An LPN with 2 years LPN exp + 3 years CCP exp.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Precept CCPs in all Markets.
• Provide workflow education support for new hire CCPs, both in-person and virtual.
• Assist in workflow audits and reporting for Quality Managers.
• Ensure consistency of precepting workflows across markets.
• Support workflow audits of CCP team (PVP, TCM, Gap Reporting).
• Provide reporting support for TCMs and gap reporting.
• Coordinate care calls and scheduling for follow-ups.
• Participate in workflow development and work groups.
• Offer insights into day-to-day EPIC use and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to special projects and contracts that push workflow efficiencies.
