Job summary

Community First Medical Center seeks an EHR Training Specialist to support users during Epic implementation and ongoing production support. You will lead training for clinicians and staff, help with design and optimization of workflows, and ensure a smooth adoption of new features across all levels of the organization.

The role requires Epic ASAP certification, experience delivering training in healthcare settings, and strong communication skills to translate technical guidance into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year EHR support experience.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare training delivery.
• Epic ASAP certification required.
• Knowledge of Epic ClinDoc is a plus.
• Experience with physicians training preferred.
• Strong communication and training material development skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, development, implementation, training, maintenance of EHR clinical systems.
• Provide employee and physician education, training, and hands-on support.
• Develop training programs for EHR system implementations.
• Publish and disseminate training offerings for staff.
• Create and produce training materials; conduct end-user training.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with 3rd party systems as needed.
• Identify issues impacting multiple application teams and guide workflow design.
