Job summary

Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Epic Clinical Information System Analyst III for the Radiant Department. You will lead advanced analysis, design workflows, and maintain Epic functionality across applications, while coordinating with radiology leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure end-to-end imaging workflows.

You will mentor analysts, participate in go-lives and upgrades, and uphold security, testing, and change-control standards to support patient care and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or related field (advanced education preferred).
• 7–8 years of direct clinical/healthcare IT experience including complex implementations, upgrades, or production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analysis and enterprise workflow design for Epic Radiant across applications.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis for high-impact incidents and drive durable fixes.
• Plan and lead large complex Epic projects, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Serve as senior liaison to operational leaders, governance bodies, and vendors.
• Establish standards for design, testing, change control, and documentation.
• Mentor analysts and lead knowledge transfer and training.
• Provide leadership with status, risk, budget, and milestone reporting.
