Job summary

Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Epic Clinical Information System Analyst III for Cupid Cardiology. The role drives advanced analysis, workflow design, and cross‑deployment Epic configurations across departments to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

The candidate will lead large, complex projects, coordinate with governance bodies, and mentor teams, while ensuring quality, testing readiness, and production support. Travel and on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, business or related field; advanced education preferred.
• 7–8 years in clinical healthcare operations, clinical information systems, or related experience, including leading complex implementations/upgrades.
• Epic certification in assigned application(s) is required or must be obtained within the timeframe set by the employer.
• Willingness to travel, on-call coverage, and extended-hour support for major projects and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analysis and enterprise workflow design across Epic modules.
• Architect, configure, build, test, validate, optimize, and maintain Epic functionality.
• Plan and lead large or complex projects, upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives.
• Serve as senior liaison to operational leaders, governance bodies, Epic reps, end users, vendors, and technical teams.
