Job summary

The analyst will participate in go-live activities, documentation, and ongoing support, with a focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of direct clinical/healthcare operations or information systems experience.
• Epic training and certification within the timeframe set by the employer.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflow needs and configure, build, test, and validate Epic functionality.
• Serve as a support contact; respond to end-user questions and troubleshoot incidents.
• Identify and implement approved system changes with testing and validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align system functionality with business needs.
