Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Hands-on experience supporting, configuring, building, or maintaining applications relevant to the position.
- Experience with Epic application build and configuration, as required for the assigned module.
Responsibilities
- Provide system-level support for assigned Epic applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
- Support application builds, upgrades, implementations, testing, and validation to maintain system functionality and stability.
- Investigate and resolve application issues, identify root causes of recurring problems, and implement sustainable solutions.
