Job summary

Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Epic Clinical Information System Analyst III for the Epic Program Department to advance enterprise clinical IT solutions across the organization.

You will lead complex implementations, mentor peers, and collaborate with operational leaders and vendors to ensure safe, efficient patient care systems. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information systems, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 7–8 years in clinical IT, health operations, clinical information systems, or EHR support with experience leading complex implementations.
• Epic certification in assigned module required within the timeframe; travel and on-call may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analysis and enterprise workflow design across Epic modules.
• Resolve high-impact incidents; coordinate root-cause analysis and actions.
• Plan and lead complex projects, upgrades, and optimization efforts.
• Serve as senior liaison to leaders, users, vendors, and teams.
• Establish standards for design, testing, change control, and production support.
• Mentor analysts and lead knowledge transfer.
• Evaluate capabilities and regulatory requirements to recommend improvements.
• Provide concise status and milestone reporting; support go-lives and major events.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
