Adventist HealthCare is seeking an Epic Clinical Information System Analyst I to support Lumens. The role involves analyzing clinical workflows, configuring Epic modules, testing changes, and supporting end-users across departments.

You will collaborate with Epic teams, document changes, and participate in go-live readiness while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies. A healthcare informatics background and Epic training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of direct clinical, healthcare operations, information systems, application support, or related experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Must be able to complete Epic training and certification within required timeframe.

Responsabilités

• Analyze defined operational and clinical workflow needs and configure Epic applications.
• Serve as a support contact for assigned Epic applications and troubleshoot incidents.
• Coordinate with Epic representatives and other teams to align system functionality with business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
