Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks an Epic Analyst II-Lumens to join our IT team. Under supervision, you will gather and analyze data, support Epic and related IT systems, and roll out functionality across ministries to optimize workflows.

The role demands Epic certification, 3 years of Epic Application Analyst experience, and the ability to work remotely from eligible US states. The position offers full-time hours and a compensation range aligned with experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business or related field required.
• 3 years of Epic Application Analyst or related experience required (in addition to education).
• Epic certification or accreditation in designated functionality module(s) required or must be obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data, development, support and functionality rollout of Epic and other IT systems.
• Help optimize workflows by building applications tailored to organizational needs.
• Apply knowledge of clinical/business workflows to implement processes meeting needs.

Education

Associate’s degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business or related field

High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of healthcare IT experience
