Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an Epic Analyst II-Lumens to join our IT team. You will assist in data gathering, analysis, development, and rollout across Epic and related IT systems while optimizing clinical and business workflows for our ministries.

With a 40-hour workweek and a remote-friendly setup, this role supports multiple states and requires Epic certification with a focus on Lumens functionality; candidates should have healthcare IT experience and strong

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business or related field is required.
• 3 years of Epic Application Analyst or related experience is required.
• Epic certification or accreditation in designated functionality module(s) is required or must be obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the gathering and analyzing of data, development, support and functionality rollout of Epic and other supporting IT systems.
• Assists local ministries in optimizing workflow processes through building applications that meet organizational needs.
