Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Clinical Informatics Specialist to support Epic usage across our Providence clinicians and caregivers. This remote role requires you to be within a footprint state and available for a Wed–Sat, 11:00 AM–9:30 PM PDT schedule.

You will liaise between clinical practice and Information Services to optimize care delivery. The successful candidate will have a clinical/ informatics background, EHR experience, and knowledge of adult learning principles to enable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical field or IT/informatics or related area; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years implementing or supporting a clinical information system in healthcare.
• Experience with EHR systems and adult learning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between clinical practice and IT, promoting use and optimization of clinical technologies.
• Provide 24/7 remote support for Epic users across Providence clinicians and caregivers.
• Model professional behavior and foster a culture of learning and system adoption.
