Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a remote Clinical Informatics Specialist to optimize Epic and related clinical technologies for a community-based healthcare organization offering home-based, palliative, and hospice care. You will partner with clinicians, leaders, and technical teams to improve efficiency, usability, and patient outcomes.

The role requires Epic Dorothy/Comfort cert and 2+ years in clinical informatics, with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Two+ years of experience supporting Epic or other clinical applications.
Experience collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders across multiple functions.
Current Epic Dorothy and/or Comfort certification is required; Ambulatory may be considered in lieu of Dorothy/Comfort.

Responsibilities

Analyze clinical and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
Translate needs into system requirements, workflow recommendations, and technology solutions.
Support projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live optimization.
Provide hands-on support during go-lives, upgrades, and high-impact initiatives.
Act as liaison between clinicians, operations, and technical teams; participate in governance and quality initiatives.
Deliver Epic classroom training and workflow education; participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
