Job summary

Providence is seeking a Sr. Manager of Clinical Informatics Education and Adoption to lead education initiatives for Epic and other clinical technologies.

The role drives design, development, publication, and maintenance of learning deliverables, ensuring safe and efficient IT use in clinical settings. The candidate will apply adult learning, instructional design, and change-management methods while coaching teams, managing resources, and evaluating educational impact in a remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, or related field
• 6 years of Education experience in information services or training with 3+ years of management experience
• 4 years of Leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, publish, and maintain change communication and learning deliverables for CI initiatives
• Lead training environment management and project resourcing
• Oversee Credential Trainer programs and education evaluation
• Set standards for publishing, learning delivery, and change communications
• Coordinate cross-team efforts to align training with deployment and optimization goals
