Job summary

Bryan Health seeks a training specialist to support Epic users across the organization. You will deliver end-user training, prepare classrooms, and supervise go-live activities, ensuring smooth adoption of the new system.

You'll develop eLearnings and quick-start guides, coordinate with principal trainers, and use the Learning Management System to enroll staff and track progress. Travel may be required to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years' clinical experience preferred.
• Epic or other EMR systems experience preferred.
• Adult education and classroom training experience desired.
• Must pass Credentialed Trainer (CT) credentialing program upon hire with a minimum score of 85%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-user training using the curriculum designed by principal trainers.
• Prepare for class and set up the classroom.
• Assist with provider personalization and Dragon training.
• Develop and maintain content for computer based training modules; design online courses.
• Utilize LMS to publish courses, enroll end users, and manage live classes.
• Provide at-the-elbow go-live support and post-live refresher training.
• Assist with IT Service Desk tickets and escalate as needed.
• Serve as an ambassador of the new system.
