Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical area, computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration or equivalent work experience.
• Epic certification within 6 months of hire, if applicable.
• High School Diploma Graduate or Equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Configure Epic workflows, provide ongoing support for Epic and related applications.
• Lead upgrades and build efforts for Epic as required.
• Research system problems and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Assist in training users on assigned software and work with departments to ensure system satisfaction.
• Contribute to revenue integrity through IT solutions and outstanding customer service.
