Job summary
Sentara Health is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst focused on Epic ClinDoc to join our clinical applications team. You will analyze workflows, support builds and upgrades, and optimize ClinDoc across inpatient settings to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
The role requires Epic ClinDoc expertise and collaboration with clinical stakeholders, with on-call responsibilities and a comprehensive benefits package. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix, including build, maintenance, optimization, and workflow configuration.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes in healthcare IT.
- Ability to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to support operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Epic ClinDoc application builds, maintenance, optimization, and workflow configuration.
- Coordinate testing, upgrades, and releases for Epic applications.
- Provide incident and production support; assist with on-call coverage.
