Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks an IT Specialty Analyst focused on Epic ClinDoc to support, optimize, and enhance clinical applications. You will partner with clinicians to analyze workflows, implement improvements, and ensure reliable system performance across Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and related modules.

This role covers build, upgrades, testing, incident and change management, and on-call support, with compensation ranging from $89k to $132k yearly and additional incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix.
• Ability to analyze clinical workflows and optimize system use.
• Experience with incident, change, and testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic ClinDoc.
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to improve workflows.
• Participate in on-call support and coordinate updates.
• Assist with build, upgrades, and testing activities.
