Sentara Health is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst focused on Epic Inpatient ClinDoc in Norfolk, VA. You will support day-to-day ClinDoc workflows, perform builds, upgrades, testing, and manage incidents to optimize clinical operations and patient care.

The role requires Epic ClinDoc experience and certification, with potential for additional Epic modules. On-call responsibilities and collaboration across clinical stakeholders are expected, along with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Epic ClinDoc knowledge and certification required/preferred.
• Experience with Epic ClinDoc builds, upgrades, testing, and workflow configuration.
• Ability to analyze workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to support operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic ClinDoc.
• Assist with application builds, upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Coordinate incident and change management and participate in on-call support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and integration.
