Job summary

Nordic seeks a Senior Application Advisor - Managed Services to deliver expert Epic EHR design, build, testing, and advanced troubleshooting for Nordic clients. The role oversees customer engagements and mentors other Managed Services team members.

The ideal candidate will have Epic Dorothy certification/experience, 5+ years in Epic modules, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels, including IT leadership. Occasional travel and on-call rotations are required.

Qualifications

• Epic certification in the relevant application(s) required.
• 5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting Epic modules.
• Epic Dorothy certification and/or experience preferred, with understanding of pharmacy workflows and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting to ensure the integrity, integration, and stability of Epic applications for Nordic's customers.
• Fulfill system requests by analyzing issues within the Epic environment and across integrated systems, translating needs into detailed specs, and performing build/testing.
• Anticipate impacts of changes to other applications and manage those impacts.
• Onboard and mentor new team members to the customer support team, orienting to client configurations and processes.
• Explain complex systems to internal staff and customer stakeholders up to IT/leadership levels.
• Create documentation to enable consistent process execution and delegate growth opportunities where appropriate.
