Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporting Epic managed services workstreams across healthcare operations and electronic health record environments.
• Translating business needs into Epic configurations and functional recommendations.
• Monitoring service requests, incidents, and change activities to maintain system performance.
• Troubleshooting application issues and escalating complex items as needed.
• Collaborating with healthcare technology teams on implementations and optimizations.
• Reviewing data and processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Preparing documentation and status updates for ongoing delivery.
• Guiding junior team members and ensuring delivery standards.
