Job summary

Chartis is seeking an Associate Partner to lead end-to-end Epic implementations for health system clients in the United States. You will drive program strategy, governance, and delivery across multiple Epic deployments, coordinating with CIOs and senior executives.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in healthcare IT consulting, strong Epic deployment leadership, and an ability to influence C-suite stakeholders while guiding teams through build, testing, training, go‑live and stabilization

Qualifications

• 12+ years in healthcare consulting or healthcare IT with a deep focus on Epic deployments.
• Experience as a Project Director or Program Director on large Epic implementations.
• Deep understanding of Epic implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Epic program delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, risk management, and quality outcomes.
• Provide executive level leadership and governance, partnering with client C‑suite and senior leaders.
• Lead junior staff development and delivery knowledge transfer.
• Participate in program governance structures and steering committees.
• Identify risks and issues, craft mitigation plans, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment across Epic and client teams and support go‑live readiness.
