Job summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking an experienced IT professional to design, develop, implement, and support internal applications and infrastructure. Qualifications

• Apply detailed knowledge of system functionality to the implementation of new applications and modules.
• Use knowledge of user workflow to assist users in defining requirements.
• Build and configure systems to meet requirements, using available application tools.
• Provide input to application implementation event plans and onsite/off-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium size complex projects with oversight.
• Provide technical and professional guidance to less experienced resources.
• Collaborate with vendor support personnel to research and resolve vendor product issues.
• Respond to issues reported by users and resolve them in a timely fashion.
• Develop key project management tools, including project plans and testing plans.
