• Epic Cadence certification required.
• 5+ years supporting Epic Cadence with scheduling template design and access optimization.
• 5+ years analyzing access metrics and translating insights into build improvements.
• 3+ years partnering with clinical/operational leaders to align scheduling with access goals.
• 3+ years working knowledge of referral workflows and integration with scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Cadence scheduling templates to improve access and utilization.
• Prioritize multiple concurrent scheduling optimization requests across specialties and primary care.
• Translate access objectives into scheduling workflows, standards and templates.
• Maintain and enhance scheduling build with visit types, blocks, rules and overrides.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement with operational teams.
• Serve as a Cadence Access resource, guiding best practices and issue resolution.
• Align referral workflows with scheduling templates to ensure timely patient access.
• Collaborate on referral optimization to improve conversion from referral to scheduled visit.
