Job summary

InterScripts in Chantilly, VA seeks an experienced Epic Cadence & Referrals Analyst to implement, configure, support, and optimize the Epic Cadence module with expertise in referrals management. The candidate will work closely with scheduling teams, patient access, referral coordinators, clinicians, and operational stakeholders to improve appointment scheduling and referrals workflows.

With 3+ years of hands-on Epic Cadence experience and Epic Cadence Certification mandatory, the role requires

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Epic Cadence experience.
Epic Cadence Certification is mandatory.
Experience with referrals workflows and scheduling.
Experience supporting Epic clinical and revenue cycle applications.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support Epic Cadence and Referrals.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements from scheduling and referral teams.
Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Cadence enhancements and changes.
Configure and support provider scheduling, appointment templates, patient scheduling, referral management, and work queues.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely application support.
Collaborate with other Epic analysts to ensure integration with Prelude, Patient Access, Resolute, MyChart, and other modules.
