With 3+ years of hands-on Epic Cadence experience and Epic Cadence Certification mandatory, the role requires

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Epic Cadence experience.
• Epic Cadence Certification is mandatory.
• Experience with referrals workflows and scheduling.
• Experience supporting Epic clinical and revenue cycle applications.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Epic Cadence and Referrals.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from scheduling and referral teams.
• Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Cadence enhancements and changes.
• Configure and support provider scheduling, appointment templates, patient scheduling, referral management, and work queues.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely application support.
• Collaborate with other Epic analysts to ensure integration with Prelude, Patient Access, Resolute, MyChart, and other modules.
