Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with six years of related IT experience, or three years with equivalent experience.
• Epic Cadence Certification/Proficiency strongly desired.
• Experience with scheduling/access/referrals IT in medical groups; certification/proficiency exams possible.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between IT and operations to align system design with processes.
• Gather data, analyze workflows, configure systems, test and support implementations.
• Participate in deployment and documentation; ensure HIPAA and Meaningful Use compliance.
• May lead projects with medium to large budgets and scope; mentor other analysts.
