OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Epic Install Analysts in a remote capacity to lead teams delivering system builds, testing, and go-live stabilization across member implementations.

You will translate organizational standards into day-to-day execution, manage capacity and risks, and drive improvements for high-quality outcomes and member success. A strong Epic background and supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in healthcare IT or business services.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience with Epic Resolute applications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic Install Analyst teams through build, configuration, testing, go-live readiness and stabilization.
• Translate standards and priorities into consistent operational execution.
• Ensure milestones, quality standards, and readiness criteria are met.
• Monitor risks, capacity, resources and drive continuous improvement across implementations.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless delivery and post-implementation support.
