Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health/related field; Master’s preferred.
• Epic certification and/or leadership experience with clinical Epic apps preferred.
• Minimum seven years in the field; five years in management or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Epic Maintenance team.
• Manage day-to-day operations and resolve member-specific requests.
• Improve processes, workflows, and service models.
• Collaborate with IT on system upgrades and strategic initiatives.
