enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, and document designs.

The role involves collaborating with end-users to implement solutions and maintain documentation. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of Epic modules' administration, healthcare experience preferred, and Epic Certification within six months.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience can substitute.
• Epic Beaker certification within 6 months is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Healthcare or related field preferred.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months is required.

Responsibilities

• Configures, rolls out, and supports Epic software products.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflows and testing plans.
• Provides guidance to end-users and resolves system issues.
• Maintains documentation and training materials for Epic implementations.
• Manages small to mid-sized projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
