enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, design solutions, and help end users resolve issues.

The role requires 3 years of Epic systems admin experience, healthcare familiarity, and Beaker certification within 6 months. You will manage small projects, maintain documentation, and provide end-user training remotely with some travel.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic systems administration experience.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Epic application certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design/build, test, implement, and support Epic software.
• Analyze system requirements and document workflows; support training materials.
• Configure changes in Epic environments to enable standardized workflows and resolve end-user issues.
• Lead small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement solutions.
