Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst 2 focused on Beacon and Ambulatory modules to support Epic Beacon workflows and related systems across Emory Healthcare. Immediate focus includes oncology and non-oncology infusion projects, operational initiatives, and ongoing production needs.

Certification in Beacon and Ambulatory is required; other Epic modules are a plus. The role is remote, though candidates must reside in approved states and engage with the Emory Digital team for collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering or equivalent experience.
3+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience or 5+ years with no degree.
Epic certification for the assigned area within 90 days of training if not already obtained.
Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Support Beacon and Ambulatory workflows across Beacon and Ambulatory modules.
Design, build, test, validation, maintenance and ongoing support of Epic Beacon workflows.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Mentor other analysts and develop advanced knowledge of Epic systems.
Participate in routine meetings with department heads to identify and prioritize needs.
