• 3+ years progressive healthcare operations experience, or 5 years with no degree.
• Epic Beacon and EpicCare Ambulatory certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for Epic Beacon and Ambulatory workflows.
• Design, build, test, validate, and maintain Epic Beacon workflows.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Mentor other analysts and develop system knowledge.
• Participate in meetings with department heads to identify needs.
