Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst 2 with a focus on Beacon and Ambulatory modules to support Epic Beacon workflows across Emory Healthcare, including oncology and infusion projects. The ideal candidate will have Beacon and Ambulatory certifications and may be considered for Level 3.

This remote role requires residence in one of the allowed states and adherence to program requirements. The analyst will design, build, test, validate, and maintain Beacon workflows, mentor other analysts,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare operations or 5 years with no degree.
• Epic certification for a specific area within 90 days of training or hire.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate and maintain Epic Beacon and related workflows.
• Support Beacon and Ambulatory workflows across modules.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet goals.
• Represent Emory Digital and foster relationships with stakeholders.
• Mentor other analysts and develop advanced system knowledge.
• Participate in routine meetings to identify and prioritize needs.
